SeltronTech takes counterfeit components seriously. Misrepresented electronic and military components can create performance, safety and reliability risks. Our sourcing approach combines supplier evaluation with inspection and testing considerations to support component authenticity.
What are counterfeit components?
Counterfeit components include unauthorized or imitation products represented as genuine. Incorrect identity, origin or condition can compromise the integrity of a customer's application.
Supplier evaluation and verification
We review sourcing partners, component quality history and sourcing processes. Inspection and testing requirements are reviewed in the context of each customer's specifications and the component being supplied.
Raise a concern
If you have an authenticity concern, provide the part number, lot or date code, order reference and supporting information to info@seltrontech.us. Our team will review the concern and coordinate next steps.
